1950 GRUEN Veri-Thin Gents Dress Watch 435-659

empressissi™ is pleased to offer this original and gorgeous GRUEN wrist watch from the early 50s with a gold inlaid dial, design ref. 435-659. This watch is ready to wear!

The watch houses a Veri-Thin 435 caliber, running on 17 jewels with sub seconds. It is cased in a GRUEN original 10K yellow gold filled case with stainless back in pyramid design, complemented by a matching original and near mint condition pyramid crystal with four facetes and a good crown.

The dial is a factory original in white tone with unique gold inlaid numerals and in overall very good condition with some signs of age and an original set of ‘skyscraper’ hands.

This collectible GRUEN watch measures 23mm side to side (excluding crown) and 38mm from top lug to bottom lug.

Attached to this watch is a brand new quality TIMEPIECE 18mm wide genuine leather band in black tone with an anti-allergic yellow tone buckle.
