In excellent original overall condition, keeping accurate time and ready to add to your collection. The watch houses a rare 10-200 manual wind caliber, running on 18 jewels.This is a fine hi grade caliber decorated in Geneve stripes and adjusted to five positions. It is set in an original and signed PATEK PHILIPPE 18K solid yellow gold case in beautiful slim design. The case has a mint acrylic low dome crystal and original crown.

The dial is 100% original factory made – lightly brushed Sterling silver with hard enamel original print and the famous 60 pearl-index dots with applied solid gold markers.

This most elegant Patek Philippe watch measures 33mm side to side (excluding crown) and 37mm from top lug to bottom lug.

Attached to this watch is a brand new Italian calf leather – hand made quality padded band in black tone, 18 mm wide with generic anti-allergic buckle.
