Yes. Even though the 3″ wheels are designed for easy rolling, two of the four wheels on this unit lock to ensure that the bin rack system will stay in place if you do not want it to move. A benefit of the locking wheels in a kitchen area is that you can unlock them and move the storage bin shelves in order to clean underneath and behind the unit, an inevitable task when food is nearby.
