The DD80-S Back Bar Direct Draw is a Three Section Refrigerator with a solid door that has all the right features. It boasts an impressive Net capacity of 28.74 cubic feet. The durable 1/3 HP motor that powers the compressor at the side of this unit that distributes air from left to right rather than from back to front. Side to side circular airflow ensures ice-cold products even when doors are opened regularly. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in +100°F kitchens. Plus the self-closing doors come standard with barrel locks.
The durable stainless steel interior with led lights and thick stainless steel threshold protects door frame when loading and unloading cabinet. While the stainless steel exterior front, sides and rear, plus a 18 gauge stainless steel top will endure many busy years! The DD80-S fits: (4) 1/2 barrels (keg), and (2) polished stainless steel insulated towers with (4) plated brass faucets, it also features electronic controller with led display (°f or °c). Made to Order. Cabinet fits: (4) 1/2 barrels, or (10) slim 1/4 barrels, or (14) 1/6 barrels, or (1) 1/2 barrel and (2) slim 1/4 barrel and (5) 1/6 barrels. Warranty

3-Year – Labor on Entire Machine.
3-Year – Parts on Entire Machine.
5-Year – Parts on Compressor.

In the event that proper registration has not been completed, the warranty shall begin from the factory ship date or the distributor sold date, whichever is available. The owner/user is responsible to provide valid proof of installation if the unit is installed more than 180 days from the current registration start date. Regardless of the actual installation date, the warranty start date shall not exceed twenty-four (24) months from the factory ship date. 

The obligation of Hoshizaki and the rights and remedies of the owner/user under this warranty are exclusively limited to:

• Repair or replacement, including labor charges, of all parts or assemblies that in Hoshizaki’s opinion are defective within three years after the original date of installation.

• Repair or replacement, excluding labor charges, of a compressor that in Hoshizaki’s opinion is defective within the two year period after the three year warranty period.

 

The labor warranty shall include standard straight time labor charges at the product location only and shall exclude charges for travel time, mileage or other premium charges. Any labor service required to fulfill the warranty obligation must be performed by a service company qualified and accepted by Hoshizaki and/or the local Hoshizaki distributor.

This warranty does not include parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damage resulting from:

• External electrical power failure or miswiring to Product for any reason.

• Adverse operating conditions as set forth in the owner/user manual for the Product.

• Failure to clean and/or maintain Product as set forth in the owner/user manual for the Product.

All claims for labor or parts must be made through the local Hoshizaki distributor. The defective part for which labor reimbursement is claimed, together with the service invoice, must be returned to the Hoshizaki distributor within fifteen days from the date of service to be eligible for labor and parts warranty coverage. All replacement parts must be approved Hoshizaki parts. Incidents of failure that do not require replacement of a part shall be explained in sufficient detail on the service invoice to identify the failure. All claims shall include the product model number, serial number, original date of installation, and customer identification.

Warranty does not cover standard wear parts which include door gaskets. Warranty also does not cover issues caused by improper installation or lack of basic preventative maintenance which includes, for Refrigerators and Freezers, regular cleaning of condenser coils.

The foregoing warranty shall not apply to (1) any part or assembly (a) that has been altered, modified, or changed, (b) that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents, or (c) any Product on which the serial or model number has been removed or altered, or (2) any Product that has been installed and/or maintained inconsistent with Hoshizaki’s technical publications, or (3) any Product that has been installed or is located outside the standard warranty coverage area. The five year compressor parts warranty shall not apply when the Product refrigeration system is modified with a condenser, heat reclaimed device, or parts and assemblies other than those manufactured by Hoshizaki unless Hoshizaki has accepted modifications for specific installations in writing.

Hoshizaki assumes no liability for misuse or inadequate maintenance of the Product. In no event shall the user be entitled to recover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for inconvenience, food loss, rental or replacement equipment, loss of profits, or other commercial loss.

Returns/Refunds/Damages

Upon delivery of the shipment, please open boxes and inspect thoroughly for any and all damage BEFORE signing for the package.

If the shipment arrives and the customer signs for the delivery (stating it is in good condition), and later after opening the shipment finds that it is damaged, then the customer will need to file a freight claim with the appropriate shipping carrier, as the customer has assumed responsibility for the delivery (stating it arrived in good condition) by their signature.

Hoshizaki & Chilly Cellar is not responsible for the replacement or refund of a damaged product signed for and received by the purchaser from the shipping company.

If you receive the item and upon inspection find damage, REFUSE the item, document the damage and a new item replacement item will be sent to you. Do NOT accept delivery.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and must be in new, unused condition and contained within the original packaging. All returns are subject to the customer providing all shipping cost. This includes both the cost to their location and back to sender, plus a mandatory 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible to schedule a delivery back to Chilly Cellar. Upon arrival and inspection of the product, the refund will be issued back to the customer, minus the aforementioned deductions.
