Limitation of the risk of irritation

In the heel and toe, we have chosen a technical thread with a specific coating (PTFE) which reduces friction and therefore the risk of blisters. Under no circumstances can these socks protect you 100% from blisters. Blisters generally appear when our skin is weakened by friction caused by our socks, shoes or foreign bodies. Humidity also plays an important role because it weakens our skin.

Choosing the right height for your socks

We offer 3 sock heights for hiking. The “short/low”, which protrude slightly from the shoe but remain under your malleolus. The “medium/mid” which protect your malleolus by stopping just above. These 2 heights are cut to be worn with low shoes. The “haute/hight” are ideal for using high hiking shoes stopping just below the calf.

Choosing the right hiking sock size

Each size of our socks covers 4 sizes (35/38, 39/42,43/46, 47,50). We take advantage of the qualities of the elastane present in all our socks so that they adapt well to your foot and stay in place. We all have different feet in length, proportion and volume: for this it is important that you try on your socks before going on a hike.
