Develop the reflexes, coordination and striking precision of the fists of combat sports practitioners.
Why develop reflexes in boxing?
Boxing, like many combat sports, is a contact sport where reflexes are very important; they are essential for getting used to dodging and hitting with speed and precision. To develop them, we offer this reflex kit. With regular training, you will learn to coordinate your strikes with the timing of the ball’s movement. In addition to being a very good technical exercise, it is a fun exercise that is suitable for everyone.
An evolutionary kit
To adapt the difficulty of the exercise to your level, we offer two balls with different diameters. – The large ball (70mm) is ideal for beginners, it offers a larger hitting surface and its running speed is slowed down by its weight. If you want to make the exercise even easier, you can start with boxing gloves. – The small ball (50mm) will be much faster and more difficult to hit, it is recommended for advanced levels.
How to adjust the length of the elastic?
It’s important to adjust the size of the elastic (between the ball and the headband) to your wingspan. An improperly adjusted elastic will make the exercise more difficult. To get started, we recommend adjusting the length of the elastic to the distance between your shoulder and your hand (closed fist).
