Fibre Preparation – Flicker

The Louet Flicker is made of European basswood. The Louet Flicker is used to tease the locks during the fibre preparation.

The Louet Flicker measures 6 x 10 cm (2 3/8′′ x 4′′) and has 72 tpi. 

In order to ensure a long life, the teeth on all Louet cards and flickers are made of high grade plated steel wire.
