Consequently, it results in a highly modular ballistic helmet that provides substantially higher protection levels to individual soldiers.

Your purchase complies with all local, state, and federal laws; – You are not acquiring the item(s) for illegal or unethical purposes; – You will solely use the item(s) purchased for legitimate reasons; – You are buying the item(s) for yourself and not on behalf of another person to circumvent these Terms and Conditions; –

You assume all risks associated with the use (or misuse) of the item(s) purchased; – You recognize that body armor is not bulletproof – IT IS ONLY BULLET RESISTANT, and should a bullet impact you, there is always a chance of injury or fatality; and –

You agree, for yourself and your heirs, assigns, and agents, to fully release, refrain from initiating any legal action against, and to indemnify, defend, and protect SECPRO from any and all liabilities arising from your purchase,

possession, or utilization of the item(s). Illegally acquiring, owning, or using body armor or other products sold by SECPRO may lead to serious legal repercussions for you, including potential imprisonment.

SECPRO will fully cooperate with all criminal investigations. Non-law enforcement residents of Connecticut are prohibited from acquiring body armor. SECPRO assumes NO LIABILITY for your use or misuse of any item(s) sold or donated, including but not limited to any incidental or consequential liability.

ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. NO ORAL AGREEMENT OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND SHALL BE BINDING UNLESS IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY SECPRO. SECPRO specifically disclaims any other representation, warranty, or liability concerning the condition or use of the items sold. SECPRO does not cover any consequential damages, and its liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective items.

Every item is sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”. The entire risk regarding the quality and performance of the product rests with the buyer. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Regulations. Level IV rifle-rated body armor (Rifle Plates), whether ceramic or composite, are governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and are subject to the export control laws of the U.S. Government. Export or retransfer of Level IV Rifle Plates to any foreign end-user, or for any alternative end-use, whether domestically or internationally, without the written consent of the U.S. Department of State, is prohibited.

Level III rifle-rated plates are now regulated by the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and managed under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), remaining subject to the U.S. Government’s export control laws.

Export or retransfer of Level III Rifle Plates to any foreign end-user, or for any other recipient, whether in the U.S. or abroad, without the written consent of the U.S. Department of Commerce, is prohibited.

The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment of any product restricted or prohibited for export outside of the U.S. without adhering to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation, or authorization, is strictly forbidden and may result in civil penalties and/or criminal charges.

SECPRO will not participate in any transaction that necessitates the illegal export of any products and will not directly or indirectly assist in the illegal export or re-export of any products.
