The AX3000T EtherCAT Motion Control System offers a range of advanced features designed for optimal cutting performance. Its process database can be expanded to meet client needs, allowing for flexibility. It supports both Auto and Manual FindEdge, as well as auto-sorting and break point cutting. Additional cutting capabilities include fly cut, down jump, compensation, lead, micro-joints, pre-piercing, multi-level piercing, and film cutting. The system also supports cooling points and triangle cuts, and is compatible with various lasers. It’s suitable for cutting L, U, H profiles, as well as circular and rectangular tubes, with individual corner processing to enhance corner cutting quality.
