Most Sjoberg benches are shipped directly from Sjoberg. A few benches are kept at our facility and may be shipped out by our team if available. Please allow 3-5 days for Sjoberg to coordinate freight shipping and provide tracking details.

Note, benches over $1500 qualify for free shipping from Sjoberg, except if a delivered to a residential address and if a liftgate is required by carrier. If applicable, the following residential delivery fees will be calculated during checkout:

Details:

The Sjobergs Elite cabinetmakers’ workbenches are strong, sturdy, and handsomely crafted, representing the highest quality available in a professional workbench. These workbenches are both heavier and smarter than most others on the market, designed and built by professionals for professionals. They are engineered to completely eliminate vibration, rocking, or racking, making them the ultimate workstation for the most demanding applications.

The tops are an impressive 3-3/8” thick with 4-5/16” wide skirts. The two vises, each 29” wide with a 5-3/4” opening capacity, glide along adjustable guide rails to prevent misalignment. The front vise can be moved to the other side of the bench, and the top rotated 180 degrees to accommodate left-handed users. Available in lengths of 1500 (59″) and 2000 (79″), with an optional 19″ clamping platform. Each model can also be equipped with an optional storage cabinet (SM04).

This 2500C model includes an extension Clamping Platform to create nearly 8 feet of work surface. The worktop and extension are constructed using full-length laminations of knot-free European beech, without unsightly splices, and the preassembled trestle frames are also solid beech. Treated with top-quality oil, these benches are built to last for generations.

A double row of 1” round bench dog holes extends from each vise, and each bench comes with a set of four solid steel bench dogs.

If you’re taller than average, Elite Height Adjustment Blocks (SJO-33465) raise the work surface by 3-1/2″ to minimize stooping and bending to save your back. Once installed, they pivot on hinges, allowing the bench height to be easily increased. To adjust, simply lift the end of the bench, swing the height block under the trestle feet, and secure it with the locking bolt.

The Sjobergs Elite Workbench Cabinet SM04 is the perfect addition to your Sjobergs Elite Workbench, designed specifically to fit models 2000 and 2000C. It offers ample storage space with its sturdy construction and solid beech doors and drawer fronts, ensuring it can withstand years of use. The added weight helps to stabilize the bench during heavy work. With six drawers and two cupboards, the SM04 provides plenty of enclosed storage to keep your tools and accessories clean, organized, and within easy reach.
