GUARANTEED SECURITY:
The elevator ref. ELC-760/M is provided with two security systems ; guaranteeing maximum reliability during the lifting and lowering of loads:
1. Self-braking winch from the Austrian manufacturer AL-KO Ref. AL-KO 900
The self-braking system of the winch prevents recoil and stops the load at the desired height; Once the desired height is reached, when you stop operating the winch lever, its brake mechanism begins to act, preventing recoil and paralyzing the load.
2. ASB system (Automatic Locking Security System)
Zipper mechanism with safety pins. In the extreme case of cable breakage, the system would immediately block the tower section, preventing any movement of the load.
The construction of this elevator is carried out with the most advanced welding equipment that guarantees maximum safety and resistance, meeting at all times the requirements of solidity, maneuverability and lightness necessary for lifting loads.
The ELC-760/M lifting towers comply with safety requirements according to the following standards and regulations:
- DGUV Regulation 17 & 18
- DGUV Rule 115-002
- DIN 56950-1
- 2006/42/EC
VERY IMPORTANT: ELC TOWERS ARE NOT MANUFACTURED FOR LIFT OF PEOPLE.
BASE:
Compact 41 x 41 cm base specially designed to allow access to the tower in small spaces.
The tower is equipped with four removable legs equipped with double-pitch leveling spindles (higher speed) , with non-slip chrome-plated steel and injected rubber discs that guarantee a perfect fit to all types of surfaces.
TELESCOPIC PROFILES:
The lifting tower is made up of 4 high-resistance steel profiles/sections finished in special Epoxy paint for outdoors. Its finish allows us to assemble the lifting tower outdoors, guaranteeing its good maintenance and avoiding rusting of its parts.
The sections are equipped with:
- cap welded on its terminal for greater reinforcement.
- Adjustment between sections to avoid looseness (ergonomically designed metal knob)
- Protective plates to cover the pulleys; avoiding damage during handling and transport of the tower and preventing the cable from coming out of them.
- The last section is provided with a reinforcing bushing
LOAD LIFT:
The lifting of the load is carried out by means of a self-braking manual winch Ref. AL-KO 900 .
Once the desired height is reached, when you stop operating the winch lever, its brake mechanism begins to act, preventing recoil and paralyzing the load.
The sections are extended by sets of pulleys with bearings and galvanized steel cable (Composition: 7×19+0) specially designed for lifting loads (DIN 3060) .
Note: The telescopic sections are fixed at the desired height using locking devices (essential during use).
To level the tower, the spindle of each of the stabilizer arms is adjusted, using the Bubble level as reference.
TRANSPORT:
The tower is provided with Four heavy-duty swivel wheels, two of them with brakes . The wheels are fixed to the base using a steel plate, with four bolts per wheel ; In this way, maximum fixation is guaranteed even in jobs where it is necessary to move the tower over uneven ground.
The ELC-760/M towers are equipped with a handle for easy transportation.
