A versatile lubricant spray tailor-made for woodworking machines, designed to minimize friction and prevent resin buildup. Ideal for various applications: supporting surfaces on saws, planers, automatic machines, milling machines, and feed surfaces on moulders. Perfect for sliding rails, roller shutters, sliding doors, assembly tables, and drawers. Also effective for maintaining planer knives, cutters, and saw blades. Its convenient application extends to areas where lubrication points are hard to reach.

Application: Aerosol Spray. Apply a thin layer by spraying directly onto the machine top or components. Allow it to sit for 1-2 minutes, then lightly buff with a cloth. Reapply weekly, adjusting frequency based on production needs.
Recommended Uses: Supporting surfaces on saws, planers, automatic machines, milling machines, and feed surfaces on moulders, planer knives, cutters and saw blades.

Basis:
No active substances regarded as toxic or carcinogenic according to the Regulations concerning Dangerous Substances are used in the production of WAXILIT 22-2411. However, the product contains solvent and is conveyed by propane/butane as propellant gas. Hence do not inhale spray mist.
Properties:
Waxilit 22-2411 is a silicon-free lubricant spray, which can also be used on area of woodworking machines not easily accessible (without CFC). Temporarily prevents resin disposition on tools.
Application:
Highly suitable for smaller woodworking machines not easily accessible. For supporting surfaces on saws, planing machines, automatic machines, cutters, feed areas on moulding machines. For sliding rails, roller blinds, sliding doors, assembly tables, drawers. For planing knives, cutters, and saw blades. Immediately effective. Easy application. Does not leave spots. There have been no reports of trouble during subsequent staining, varnishing or gluing.
