The Fontana MANGIAFUOCO Oven features 80 x 60 cm cooking chamber. It comes complete with a wood- holder plate, fire tool, flue pipe and chimney top and removable stainless steel door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte which is certified for food use. The internal structure is made of stainless steel, while the external one is electro-galvanised steel treated with paints at high temperature for maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is made of natural rock wool that maintains temperature more efficiently and avoids the external structure becoming too hot.

With the new Hybrid Kit by Fontana, it is now possible to configure the oven from gas to wood, and let our taste decide which fuel to use for our cooking. The set consists of a plate to cover the burner, the wood-holder firebox and the handy “poke” fire tool to manage the wood embers once lit. Its use is very simple: it is sufficient to cover and protect the burner compartment with the thick stainless steel plate, and then light the figure at the bottom of the cooking chamber, leaving a comfortable space for the cooking of your dishes in front of the oven mouth. (Kit is configured for Propane, Natural Gas optional)
