The AM2 Honeycomb, designed by Al Merrick of Channel Islands Surfboards is a Large size, balanced fin that offers true reliability in an array of conditions. Featuring a neutral flex pattern, this fin’s wider base provides increased drive off of the bottom ideal for the highest levels of surfing. A refined tip allows for easy release off of the top and additional rake provides more hold on the rail, resulting in an ideal set for point breaks or open-faced waves. Honeycomb Construction

Honeycomb fins have a lightweight hexagonal core which reduces the weight and maintains the flex properties. These fins are engineered with a Medium flex pattern, making them stiffer than Blackstix but more flexible than fiberglass. These fins have a Ride Number range of 4-7 and are great all-around fins for any condition.
