Certificate  of athenticity :  Established since the beginning of the 19th century near Thiers in Auvergne, the André Verdier cutlery is the heiress of “savoir faire” know-how and family acquired in the crafts of the forge and cutlery. For several decades, we have been proudly manufacturing and developing the famous and indispensable Laguiole knife (Pronounced Laiole in Occitan). Concerned about the quality and the respect of the image of the Laguiole knife around the world, we select our raw materials, manufacture and control all our articles at every step of the production (50 steps) in order to guarantee our products.
