• APPLICATIONS – SemmerFeld needle syringe filters are broadly used in life science laboratories,used for the sterile filtration of small samples, such as proteins, buffer solutions, media, additives, drugs and reagents.
• PRODUCT DESIGN FEATURES – SemmerFeld needle syringe filters feature a unique state-of-the-art design with a female luer lock inlet and male luer slip outlet. The shell is made of polypropylene (PP), and the interior uses a special three-layer design “upper layer – GF pre-filter, middle layer – PES filter membrane, and lower layer – PP diversion trench”. This makes the needle syringe filters have a great capacity to absorb dirt.
• PES MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS – The filter layer is polyether sulfone (PES) microporous membrane, with natural hydrophilic properties, good water wettability, asymmetry, so it has high flow, low precipitates, low protein adsorption and other characteristics, can meet the widely used in buffer, protein, medium, additives etc.
