Item Description
The SG01XL-5 is a large area high performance SiC detector (7.6mm2), with broadband spectral response (UVA+UVB+UVC) in a rugged TO-5 package. The SiC detector is inherently dose to UV radiation, thus ensuring long life and stable performance in high UV dose environments. It is one our most widely used UV photodiodes.
