iTECH HD-Pro Wood Turning Lathe with Powered Bed 30×40″

This next generation Heavy-Duty cast iron wood turning lathe features a powerful 4hp motor with variable speed and an innovative electro sliding bed that increases turning capacity with just a push of a button. 

The special linear powered bed effortlessly moves to in/out from the headstock to double the standard centre  distance from 508mm to 1016mm. Moving the bed back also increases the swing from 590mm to 794mm over the lower bed:. Ideal for turning large bowls or plates. 

The floating camlocking tool rest support arm enables quick and effortless tool positioning, locked in with heavy handle. The machine also has a 36 division indexing head to let your creativity go further.

The control panel is magnetically positionable allowing you optimum speed control wherever you position yourself for turning and have close access to the emergency stop.
