Warranty Period
The shield is anticipated to maintain its ballistic integrity for at least 5 years under storage and usage conditions from the delivery date. The warranties remain valid provided that:
- The product is stored in dry conditions at normal ambient temperature
- The product has not been exposed to peak temperatures exceeding 70°C
- The product is shielded from long-term direct sunlight exposure
- The product is inspected at least every 6 months or after returning from a mission
Maintenance
- Avoid exposure to intense heat sources
- Do not drop the shield on hard surfaces and prevent hard impacts
- Conduct a visual inspection of the shield every six months
- If visible damage occurs, return the shield for inspection/repair
- Clean only with plain water or mild soap
- Use solely as a ballistic shield; do not sit or walk on it
