Warranty Duration
The shield is anticipated to maintain its ballistic integrity for a minimum of 5 years under appropriate storage and usage conditions from the delivery date. The warranties remain valid if:
- The product is kept in dry conditions at standard room temperature
- The product has not experienced peak temperatures exceeding 70°C
- The product is shielded from prolonged direct sunlight exposure
- The product is examined at least every six months or following a mission
Care Instructions
- Avoid exposure to high heat sources
- Do not drop the shield or subject it to hard impacts
- Conduct a visual inspection of the shield every six months
- If visible damage occurs, return the shield for assessment/repair
- Clean only with pure water or mild soap
- Use solely as a ballistic shield; do not sit or walk on it
