The wine cellar must be properly insulated with a minimum of R-19 insulation in the walls, R-30 in the ceiling, and must include a vapor barrier to prevent moisture intrusion. If your cellar includes a glass enclosure or deviates from these insulation standards, please contact us prior to purchase to ensure proper system sizing and performance.

Units are shipped from the factory fully charged and ready for use when mounted in a wall and connected to a 115 AC volt source.

Shipping Information

Most products available and in stock ready to ship.

Non-modified Breezaire units typically ship within 1-3 weeks lead time during business days. 

Please note for black and modified units there is an additional lead time of typically 2-4 weeks lean time business days.

We ship every Tuesday and Thursday unless there is a Holiday.

Returns

 It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the correct Breezaire unit that your wine cellar demands. We are here to help with product selection, If you have any questions at all please reach out to us via email at contact-grand

  All custom or upgraded unit orders will not be returnable. Any standard model that needs to be returned must not be installed and must be returned in original packaging. All units being returned will need to be shipped prepaid and RMA # a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that the unit must be free from any damage and if there is damage the repair of all damaged parts will be deducted from the refund credit.  

Returns are to be accompanied by the original sales receipt and in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. 

Items returned must be accompanied in its original packaging and materials. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. MODIFIED SPECIAL ORDERS are not returnable, cancellable, refundable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to in stock and special modified ordered items, however it is your responsibility to adhere to the warranty terms.
