An overall good condition refurb laptop, checked & tested by our technicians (the photos are from the listed unit). It comes with the original box, the charger & USB C adapter. Has a 12-month RTB warranty with us. Service tag shows Dell warranty until 2025 (see photo 3; we’re unable to transfer ownership, sometimes serviced still). The screen works. Good condition inside (some signs of use on the palmrest/trackpad etc). The outside casing looks good (some visible marks on the metal edges/around the ports etc). The battery holds at least 90% capacity (HWMonitor estimation only). This is a powerful workstation, expect some normal noise/heat under load. No internal DVD drive. Sold on the VAT margin scheme (VAT cannot be claimed back).

Warranty:

We include a 12-month return to base warranty with us (from the date of delivery). 

The Dell laptop service tag may show remaining manufacturer’s warranty – any of such warranty will not be included as a part of the listing & should be regarded as a bonus strictly (this is because whilst often the manufacturer may service it without an ownership transfer, to be clear a transfer is sometimes required for laptops to be serviced), as such we stand by our own RTB warranty duration only as a part of this listing. Our upgraded parts are covered by our in-house warranty only.
