This heavy-duty mixer features three fixed speeds (low, medium, and high) plus a much slower stirring speed that let’s you incorporate, blend, and mix all sorts of ingredients consistently and with exceptional results every time. With Hobart’s patented Shift-on-the-Fly controls, users can change mixing speeds in an instant without having to turn off the machine, allowing you to combine and mix ingredients quicker and more efficiently. Soft start agitation technology provides a soft transition when switching to higher speeds while mixing. This helps limit the likelihood of product splashing out of the bowl and onto the floor, causing unnecessary messes and wasting ingredients.

This 30-quart mixer comes with a 15-minute SmartTimer function that allows you to be even more precise with all your recipes. The timer includes a built in Automatic Time Recall that remembers the last time you selected for each speed, making it incredibly easy to maintain perfect accuracy while mixing up multiple batches of the same product.

Convenient Features

The Hobart HL300-3STD mixer features an ergonomic swing-out bowl that makes it safe and easy to load and unload products. With a single point bowl installation, it takes little effort to mount and remove the bowl from the mixer, allowing you to spend more time preparing food than readying the machine. An ergonomically designed hand crank is used to lift or lower the bowl into positions for mixing or removal. A self-locking feature safely locks the bowl into the top and bottom positions.

The heavy-duty stainless steel bowl guard features a wire front and solid rear section. The wire portion can be rotated easily for adding ingredients or installing and removing the agitator. It also detaches in seconds and can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher to be cleaned. The back portion can be wiped clean in position. For safety, the guard must be in its closed position in order for the mixer to operate.

This Hobart planetary mixer comes equipped with a ¾ hp motor designed to perform in even the most demanding of environments.

It’s constructed with a durable body that’s made from corrosion resistant and self-healing materials. It’s finished with a metallic gray hybrid powder coat that will look great in any commercial kitchen. Rubber foot pads for the base of the mixer are also included to provide a better grip on slippery floors.
