Enders Process Equipment Corp. Two Stage Forced Circulation Tubular Evaporator. Rated at approximately 3,108 pounds per hour water evaporation combined, or 1554 lbs. of water evaporation for each stage, 15psi/14 psi for steam. Supplied to the U.S. Navy for concentrating plating waste. Materials of construction: T-316 stainless steel. Each heating element has (220) 3/4 in. O.D. x 18 Ga. T-316L stainless steel welded tubes 8 ft. Long. (346 sq. ft. based on outside of tubes). Each condenser has (146) 3/4 in. O.D. x 18 Ga. T-316L SS welded tubes 5 ft. L. (142 sq. ft. based on outside of tubes). Inlets: (1) 1 in. dia. steam supply line, (1) 6 in. dia. tube (condenser). Outlets: (1) 6 in. dia. tube (condenser). (4) 1991 Perry Products Corp. shell and tube heat exchangers. Model(s): 14-143/ETSMX and 18-346 FTSMX. Shell side MAWP: 75 psi @ 320 °F (FV), shell MDMT: 20 °F @ 75 psi (FV).
