Unit powers on, but we do not have a balance controller. The display just shows flashing zeros or a blank line. In addition,
when powered on, the gray plastic side panels move back and forth. There are some broken plastic and glass pieces on the front. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
