The Hubbell RU100SS is a slim power box that mounts directly underneath your cabinet to conceal outlets or switches. The box is stainless steel and designed to accept any decorator style device. Keep your beautiful backsplash free of switches and outlets with easy to install under cabinet power.

Easy to Use Slim Profile Box

The box installs at an angle under your cabinet making it simple to plug in appliances into the outlet and access switches. The box can be installed horizontally under the cabinet, so it is not seen, or vertically for even easier access to the outlets and switches. The box is 5.6″ long, 3.39″ deep, and only 1.63″ thick. This is the slim version box, making it the thinnest profile product to mount an outlet or switch under a cabinet. The box takes up zero space inside the cabinet. 

NEC and UL Approved for Kitchens

The box is UL E31999 listed for USA installations, and cUL and CSA approved for Canada installations. The boxes must be installed between 15 inches and 20 inches above the countertop surface to comply with NEC kitchen receptacle code.

How Many do I Need?

The code for outlets under the cabinet are the same requirements as if they were installing in the backsplash.  This is typically every 2 feet, however we highly recommend consulting with your electrician to verify your specific requirements. 

This package includes 10 units.

Note: The under cabinet box does not include a receptacle or switch and will not fit a GFI or USB outlet.

This item qualifies for free ground shipping to anywhere in the USA and Canada. In-stock orders are shipped the same business day Monday-Friday from Boise, ID if ordered by 6pm EST.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return this item for a full refund of the merchandise total, the return request must be made within 45 days from the order date. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged. Return credits are issued within 5 business days to your original method of payment once the item is received and inspected.
