Freedom: Freedom

One of the most critically acclaimed and cherished rock records in Sweden was the debut album from Freedom, the Stockholm band that managed to sound full-fledged and complete at once with their sunny working-class rock.
Among the band’s biggest fans are The Hellacopters, who handpicked Freedom to play at their release party in April 2022.
The reference points are many (Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers are just two of the many names that usually come up), but no one else sounds like Freedom.
