‘Southern Star’ is a variegated form of Florida anisetree with creamy white margins. This selection was found and selected by Don Whiddon and introduced in 2005. ‘Southern Star’ is especially hardy and a great grower. The foliage smells a lot like licorice which is an extra added benefit. ‘Southern Star’ may reach 6 ft tall and 6 ft wide.
