The 1,000 L Recobulk IBC represents a convenient and cost effective liquid storage container, due to the high quality HDPE tank, industry standard filling and discharge fittings and an integrated pallet frame made from galvanised steel.

The inner container consists of a rectangular blow molded tank of high density polyethylene, with filling opening in the middle of the top section (DN150 opening). The discharge opening is at the bottom of the front side via a DN50 butterfly valve.

The outer container consists of a rectangular grid box made of tubular galvanised steel material, with bottom plate, connected on top with tie-bar (assembled with brackets), label plate with Schütz-Ticket on the front side, additional label plate on the back side.

Recobulk: All parts which come into contact with the filling product are replaced by new original SCHÜTZ parts: Inner tank, screw cap, valve and label plate. The outer case (grid, bottom group and pallet) may show signs from the prior use, as this part of the IBC has been reconditioned.
