Chef Series 7½” Bread/Tomato, Offset Slicer (BT-70)

This 7″ was designed by Brian Arimoto.  This unique shape features a strongly upswept handle angle that maximizes knuckle clearance and positions your hand for the perfect cutting angle. The blade is narrow and thin to minimize cutting resistance and wedging.  The sharply pointed tip gives you precise control and accuracy.  It incorporates MAC’s “scalloped” edge that cleanly cuts rather that ripping and tearing like most saw-toothed serrated knives.  This knife is optimized for cutting breads, sandwiches, tomatoes, fried cutlets, fried sushi rolls–anything with a harder, tougher outside and a softer inside.
