33-layers of Damascus on each side surround the Japanese VG10 Steel Core. Built to last and retain sharpness so that you never need another set of knives again.

Each blade undergoes an extensive 55-hour vacuum heat treatment followed by annealing and a cryogenic process, to ensure maximum durability & edge retention. The blades are double bevel (except for the serrated bread knife) with a 15° edge that allow for extremely sharp and precise cuts.
