This pocket knife was entirely hand made in the village of Laguiole and features a forged T12 steel blade, bolster and liners. Forge de Laguiole knives are truly and by far of the highest quality offered in the market today. Additionally, each one of this master piece is entirely handmade by the same craftsman to ensure pride in the completed piece. The Forge de Laguiole workshop is located in the tiny village of Laguiole, France – Pop. 1300 – where the Laguiole knife first appeared in the early 1800s.
Handle Material: 100% American (USA) Cotton fabric combined with BPA free resin to stabilizes hundreds of layers of dyed fabric. The main advantage of this material, besides its incredible strength, is that the color is embedded within and therefore, will not fade.
Spring & Bee: One piece forged T12 (no soldered bee).
Blade: 3.93″ / 10 cm long – 3 mm thick made of forged T12 alloy.
