The watch houses an early robust Concord Swiss 8 days movement with additional two reduction gears and a strong mainspring. The movement is cased in a Sterling silver hinged case attached with a screw down brass frame over the shell. The shell cover itself is decorated with Roman pattern black enamel around the exterior on both sides, and presents a faintly engraved cartouche surrounded by straight line decorations. The case is in overall excellent condition apart of a shallow dimple on one side where the hinge is attached. This appears to be a presentation watch for the year 1916. The watch features the original onion style crown.

The dial is white enamel and is in excellent overall condition with no cracks and has the original set of hands, covered with a mint acrylic crystal.
