FELTON:FLTE4
The FLTE4 series high-pressure proportional valve integrates input selection for O₂,N₂ and Ar. It adopts advanced electromagnetic drive control technology, enabling continuous, precise, and stable control of output pressure. The pressure output range is from 0.15 bar to 30 bar. Additionally, it uses analog communication (0-10V), allowing for easy communication with a host computer.
The FLTE4 high-pressure proportional valve consists of the following components:
- Control and communication electronics: Used for precise, dynamic adjustment of the output gas pressure, and for analog or digital communication with the host control system.
- Inlet assembly: Equipped with 3 inlet solenoid valves for the selection of different gases.
- Electromagnetic drive components: Used to adjust the output gas pressure.

HOERBIGER
The cutting gas control system from HOERBIGER merges the features that are crucial for future-oriented laser cutting:

LasGAM – Piezo-controlled Gas Mixing System
The HOERBIGER laser gas mixing system is an inline gas mixing system. The system is continuously monitoring and controlling nitrogen and oxygen gas flows. Actual mixing is done in the pressure regulator just before the cutting head.
100% nitrogen, 100% oxygen and nitrogen/oxygen cutting is done by using the LasGAM.
