Milan rescue devices are the most versatile and wide-range rescue descenders/ascenders.

This is the “Milan 2.0-Power Kit”, which allows manual or powered* lift of a worker, or a casualty.

*This kit includes Milan A-029 head unit (with connector for power-driver), rope, and hardware.  To use it for powered lifting/ascent requires Milan Power Driver Kit (sold seperately).

Power lift can be used to ascend a rope effortlessly. Manual lift to disconnect/untangle/cut away a casualty. Also suits hands-free safe controlled descents (controlled by evacuee or remotely at top of rope).
