Notes:
*The Rotary vane vacuum pump paired with this kit uses 3Φ power, a smaller single phase pump can be substituted if needed. Substitution will have an impact the performance versus the standard unit.
**The Summit Research diffusion pump must be water cooled, if facility water cooling is not an option an additional chiller may be needed, a Polyscience 1HP Durachill is recommended. An air cooled diffusion pump can be provided as a substitute. Substitution will have an impact the performance versus the standard unit.
