High Purity Formamidinium Iodide (FAI, CH5IN2), 99.5%, 5g
Formamidinium Iodide (FAI, CH5IN2) is one of the main precursors of FAPbI3 organic–inorganic halide perovskite materials (ABX3). The organic–inorganic halide perovskite solar cells have attracted tremendous attention worldwide and made great strides over the past few years with an inspiring efficiency up to 25.2%, rapidly approaching its theoretical value of 31%. Comparing to MAPbI3, which is the most widely studied organic–inorganic halide perovskite materials, FAPbI3 reveals a considerable advantage due to better thermal stability, longer carrier diffusion length, and smaller bandgap, which enables near-infrared absorption.
