For parts not working, the item is used, turns on, and passes initial tests. It has a PM tag valid until 2025, but when the instrument was operated with the capillary array, the software froze. We could not solve the issue, so it’s being sold for parts. No software or PC included. We can’t say with certainty if the issue is due to the USB module inside the instrument or with the computer it was being tested with.
