A small but mighty abrasive accessory, 3M Unitized WheelMandrels secures Scotch-Brite Unitized Wheels (sold separately) to a rotarytool with a ¼” collet (such as a die grinder) for edge deburring andfinishing. From the Manufacturer The 3M™ Unitized Wheel Mandrel 990 secures asmall Scotch-Brite™ unitized sanding wheel or radial bristle disc to a rotarytool for edge deburring and finishing applications. The shaft is inserted intothe tool and the wheel or disc fits onto the tip and is attached with theappropriate cap. The silver cap secures products from 1/8″ to 1/4″ thick, andthe black cap secures products from 1/4″ to 1/2″ thick. This assembly securesthe abrasive product during high-speed applications.
